Past Forward.

The UNA (UPNORTHARTS) run exhibition at Ashton Memorial gave me opportunity to gain feedback on a piece I made, 'soundscape, piano, vocals'. One of the comments made were of the presence of the voice in the work which lead me to start considering wether it was necessary.

I have now came to the conclusion that it is necessary to show the underlining concept of conversation between myself and the soundscapes that I listen too. If the voice wasn't in the work that would go a miss.
